About Us

We’re the engine behind Gus Balbontin’s growing ecosystem — blending media, innovation, and strategy into one powerful platform.

At the heart of our work is a mission to challenge conventional thinking, amplify bold ideas, and support individuals and organisations ready to evolve. While our work is deeply rooted in Gus’ experience as a former Executive Director of Lonely Planet and globally recognised keynote speaker, it extends far beyond the stage.

Gus is actively shaping the future of business and innovation in Australia and beyond. He’s a General Partner at BluescopeX (Bluescope’s Corporate Venture Fund), Director at innovation consultancy Neu21, and a dedicated mentor and advisor within Melbourne’s startup ecosystem. His long-term ambition to reshape education through the Unrealistic Foundation is already underway, and with the launch of his upcoming book and several new ventures, this is a time of expansion and high-impact opportunity.

His message and work have reached leading organisations including Microsoft, American Express, Qantas, L’Oréal, Toyota, Telstra, Westpac, Mastercard, and Tourism Australia, among many others, reflecting a diverse and trusted global presence.

We’re building a team to match that ambition, starting with a Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can see opportunities others miss, create demand across cultures, and help turn big ideas into global movements.

This is a hands-on and high-impact role that  blends creative execution with strategic marketing, ideal for someone who can shape ideas visually and verbally, and bring them to life across digital channels.
